Mission RAMA and the Cosmic Plan: Information about Mission Rahma translated into English

Introduction

Here is another important contact experience almost unknown in the U.S. It originated in Peru in 1974 when a group of young men began an amazing series of contacts with beings from "Morlen" (the satellite of Jupiter, known as Ganymede). Forty-nine extraterrestrial guides were assigned to work in "Mission Rama" under the coordination of Oxalc, from Morlen, The word RAMA contains a vibratory activator and was chosen 4,200 years ago. RA represents the Sun or irradiation and MA represents Mother Earth. The mantra “Rama” combines “ra” (the Sun or light) and “ma” (earth) and represents a mission of irradiating Divine Light on Earth.

Mission Rama is one of the many secondary missions of a cosmic hierarchy designed to help planets in transition such as Earth (known as “Merla” by the Mission Rama related ET group), which is supposed to enter the fourth dimensional mode of existence. Morlen was originally settled by human beings from a star of system in Orion to establish a "colony of colonies." It currently possesses six cities, and beings from many worlds (including Earth) live there. Some of the worlds involved with Mission Rama are: Venus, Cerpican II in the Constellation Canis Majoris, and Apu in Alpha Centauri. The Pleyadians have also been known in Peru and some people have established contact with them, but I don't know in which ways they are involved with Mission Rama. This information known in Mision Rama (now Mision Rahma) in its early period was brought by Sixto Paz Wells and some other telepathic automatic writing “antennas.” More details have been added lately by contactees like Luis Fernando Mostajo Maertens from Bolivia and Ricardo Gonzalez from Perú.

Mission Rama

Hispanics have learned more about Mission Rama than any other ethnic group in the U.S. The language barrier has, in my opinion, precluded many American investigators and spiritually inclined individuals to find out about this important contact experience that originated in Peru and spread into countries such as: Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia, Chile, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Although some groups were started in the U.S., most gatherings were conducted in Spanish, thus many non-Hispanics interested in the UFO field missed the information. The modern phase of Mission Rama began when S. P., became the main psycho-graphic "antenna" during an experiment in telepathic communication with extraterrestrials. In 1974, the group heard a lecture by a foreign investigator who encouraged others to involve themselves in a more pro-active manner by trying to establish telepathic communications. S. had also been prepared, in some way, by practicing way, by practicing Raja Yoga for some time, and in spite of this, he and his friends fell into disbelieve when their hands began to automatically write messages as if they had a mind of their own. The transmitter of the messages identified himself as “Oxalc” and requested and encounter on a specific date and time in a coastal area called Chilca, thirty-seven miles south of Lima. The stunning approach of a hamburger-shaped metallic craft that emitted orange, yellow and blue lights, and showed up precisely on time, shocked the incredulous group by hovering less than 300 ft. over their heads. Due to their reaction, they were telepathically informed (loudly and clearly) that they had to learn to control their emotions, and that a period of intense preparation would be necessary for them to participate in a closer encounter.

In this particular individual and collective contact experiences, from the very beginning, the messages were spiritually and metaphysically instructive. Information about  a forgotten history on Earth, cosmic structure, and, most importantly, teachings based upon the "Christ Consciousness" were given. The teachings always emphasized reverence for "The Profound Love of the Cosmic Consciousness" which is how they (the extraterrestrial “guides”) call God in our universe. Their main teaching was to make contact, not with them but more importantly, with the presence of God within ourselves and among ourselves as human beings.

A series of 24 instructional and exercise-based gatherings (one per week) was devised to help remember the inner presence and to activate dormant psychic faculties. These exercises borrowed much from Raja and Mantra Yoga and techniques taught by the Silva Mind Control International Organization. Prayer and healing through group visualization were also performed, and The Great Invocation was also repeated at the beginning of each gathering. Mission Rama was formally organized as a non-profit institution, and for 17 years many groups of this nature were formed, not only in Peru, but in other countries as well. The extraterrestrial guides also established contact with "antennas" in other countries and hundreds of not thousands of individuals, underwent "initiations." During some of the initiations (that took place mostly during outdoor excursions), some individuals entered artificially generated space-time portal space-time portals called "Xendras" and were astrally or physically transported to other locations. Many other received their "Cosmic names", whose pronunciation is in tune with the total nature of each individual's soul, and whose purpose was to activate an awareness of one's true identity. Semi-materialized, often physically visible, "Cesium Crystal Pyramids" were also received and incorporated into the chest, creating in this way an Eighth Chakra whose purpose was to allow assimilation of "manasic" energies streaming from the center of our galaxy; it also aided in developing psychic faculties.

The 24 Elders of the Galaxy

Some of the information received tell us that in each galaxy there's a form of government and several hierarchies.

In our Milky Way Galaxy, the most important hierarchy is formed by 24 highly evolved beings who are members of different cosmic civilizations and who do not represent a particular interest other than Evolution itself. They are called the "24 Elders of the Galaxy." Moreover, the civilizations that have reach a level of evolution, in which they are capable of assisting others help themselves, are united or confederated. According to their level of development, they may assume different level of development, they may assume different tasks such as Genetic Engineers, keepers or Guardians and Instructors. The council of Nine Beyond the Milky Way, Galaxy M-31 in the Constellation of Andromeda is not only the closest giant elliptical galaxy, but is also the seat of an important council were the different galaxies of our local group are represented. This council is called the "Council of Nine," and the beings that rule here are called the "Nine of Andromeda." 

These beings together with the 2 Elders of various galaxies of our local group form what is known as the "Great White Brotherhood of the Star," which is linked with the Great White Brotherhood on planet Earth (nothing to do with race). Information regarding cosmic structure tells us that in the Universal Order there are three types of universes: 1) A Material Universe, where all the millions of galaxies exist, consists of 7 dimensions (thus it is called the Septernal Universe). 2) A Mental Universe (also called the Eternal Universe) consisting of 3 dimensions. 3) A Spiritual Universe (also called the Universe of Unity or of the Absolute) which is said to contain 2 dimensions, and to be the essential source of the Mental Universe.

The Cosmic Plan was originally created by “Emmanuel,” considered to be the first created entity and known as the “Son of GOD” In the Mental Universe representing God as Christ. He is known as the Son of the essential Father of all (The Son of GOD). Beings who dwell in the Mental Universe must also seek to know the Absolute in terms of faith, and it is told that one of these beings (called Lucifer) rebelled against the preservation of the order inspired from an understanding of a Spiritual Universe whose existence couldn't be demonstrated. Before proceeding with an explanation of Lucifer's position, it seems necessary to inform the reader that a great challenge arose in the evolutionary scheme of things. It was found that the evolution of planetary civilizations almost came to a halt after the Fifth Dimensional Level of the Physical Universe was reached. Reaching the 6^th and 7^th levels had been virtually stalled.

It seems that a highly structured educational process guided by entities from the Mental Universe curtailed a necessary "freshness" in the evolving souls within these civilizations. They had a very effective initial rate of progress, advancing rapidly from the Third Dimension to the Fourth and the Fifth, but few reached the Sixth and none the Seventh (considered the Christed level). Perhaps a lack of challenge or too much contentment was responsible for slowing down the rate of progress after a certain level of achievement was reached.

Following this situation, the entity Lucifer from the Mental Universe proposed to alter the way the evolutionary system was being organized. He wanted to allow a greater amount of free will to begin with the beings in the Mental Universe, and then to extend this to the evolving civilizations of the Physical Universe. In other words, he believed that faith alone could not determine how life should be structured, and thus challenged the existing order. With regards to these proposals, Emmanuel objected. His position regarding greater free will in the Mental Universe was in support of continuing a restriction. For example, he knew that beings who possessed complete knowledge and held key roles in maintaining the order of manifestation had to remain faithful to their task, or otherwise, chaos would follow. Moreover, his position towards planetary civilizations, which had already undergone much of their evolution under the established norms, was that changes would be self-defeating at this stage because they were already too set in their ways. He thought that in order to try a new system, a new civilization had to be created.

At this time, Emmanuel conceived an archetype of humanity capable of more spontaneous development, with a greater capacity for love and expression. It would be a humanity that would eventually establish a greater connection among the three universes and would be able to reach the Seventh Dimensional Christic Level. This humanity would serve as an example for the rest of the Cosmos and, thus, help other civilizations go beyond their current level of advancement. Lucifer, who initiated a schism of cosmic proportions, disliked the idea because he felt that, perhaps one day, the new civilization would threaten or surpass the roles of beings in the mental Universe.

Cosmic hierarchies finally decided to experiment by creating humanities in different galaxies that would follow Emmanuel's vision. hoping, in this way, that the experiment would be successful in some galaxy. Indeed, in this sector of the Milky Way, our planet was chosen among ten other "UR" planets which possess a blue aura and are capable of holding exuberant life. Our planet was chosen by the 24 Elders of the galaxy; and, as it was still cooling down, evolved beings from a star system in the Constellation of the Swan (Cygnus) established a colony in the Antarctic and helped to turn acid oceans into alkaline. Within Mission Rama these beings are referred to as the "Ancient Fathers." They studied our world and planted life spores. Once life began to evolve, this first humanity on our planet departed from what was considered an unstable world. Millions of years later, other colonists arrived establishing another foreign humanity in what today is known as Northern Europe. Within Mission Rama, they are known as the "Hyperboreans," and their main settlement is remembered in myths as "Thule." The Hyperboreans were beings from the "Ra" civilization originating in the start system of Vega, as well as, beings from a start system in the Constellation of Orion, the Constellation of Pleyades, and "Apunians" from the nearby star, Alpha Centauri. While these colonists brought several species to Earth, millions of years of natural evolution also took place; and, at some point in time, hominids appeared.

The Elohim

After the hominids appeared, it was decided that the time was right to create a humanity indigenous to Earth. Seven genetic engineers known as “Elohim” established a laboratory in an area between what was the continent of Lemuria and the continent of Africa. First, they created a race of androgynous humans, but they were found to be too weak to resist the hostile living conditions on the planet (which are partly created by certain radiation from the Sun). The original separation of the sexes was then restored, and the hybrids were allowed to continue to become what we now call the "Lemurians", which are the ancestors of the original human race. Extraterrestrial intervention on Earth became more complex than expected as Luciferean forces caused much disagreement. Other cross-breeding or hybridization experiments were also performed, and other extraterrestrial civilizations became karmically entangled with us.

A cosmic schism led by Lucifer took place and extraterrestrial battles are hinted in certain Vedic texts. Myths about sky gods intermingling with humans are also found in many cultures. For example, in Tassili, Africa, records of extraterrestrial presence appear to have been found in prehistoric cave dwellings. Among stories of extraterrestrial involvement received, there is one that involves deportation. Thousands of years ago, a group of beings that had been involved in the destruction of a planet variously called Maldek, Mayona, or Tir (among other names) that existed between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter, was physically deported to Earth to purge their heo purge their heavy karma. They were supposed to aid us in our evolution, but instead of helping us they began to use their abilities for their own purposes. As this turn of events took place, those stiff faithful to the goal set by Emmanuel sent a group of cosmic volunteers sent to restore the balance. It wasn't long before both groups lost their physical forms and remained as part of our evolutionary system confined in a subtler dimension. Those working for Christ Consciousness established their headquarters in Shamballa, located in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia. Agartha, the "Internal Positive Government of Earth", became a guiding force towards enlightenment and Truth. On the other hand, the negatively oriented group of deported beings formed a "Dark Brotherhood," have tried to mislead humanity, and have tried to keep people ignorant about their true potentials.

Atlantis

 About 25,000 years ago, the adverse effects of the deported beings from Maldek began to affect what was considered another promising hybridization experiment: Atlantis.

Humans in Atlantis had maintained a close connection with some extraterrestrials civilizations and followed a different path from other less culturally advanced human populations on the planet. It seems that direct Atlantean influence on other parts of the world had been partially limited to allow others to evolve in their own ways. After a period of harmony in the Atlantean civilization, divisions arose, and the final downfall of Atlantis took place between 10,000 and 12,000 years ago. Many myths of flood and survival remind us of this event. One of these myths is found in the Epic of Gilgamesh in which the story of Utnapishtim is told (the biblical personification of Noah derived from this story). After the destruction of Atlantis, efforts to save the great experiment on Earth were undertaken. These efforts were centered upon establishing cultural seeds to stimulate the formation of more complex and spiritually enlightened civilizations civilizations. They took place both in the Old and New Worlds. For example in Sumer, instructors arrived for a limited period of time to establish communities which were left under the direction of a "patesi" or especially trained spiritual/political leader. Continuous invasion from neighboring groups ruined the experiment. Another case is that of Egypt in which a spacecraft arrived bringing two instructors (later called Isis and Osiris) that brought knowledge which, unfortunately, became monopolized to serve the interest of a minority.

Jesus, The Son of Man

Once these efforts failed, a better plan of action was adopted. A special genetic The Son of God and the Son of Man taught as one, bringing the teachings by word and example, that we must die to our ego, surrender to our loving Creator, and resurrect our Christ Self. Master Jesus and Emmanuel also emphasized the need to love God above all else, and to love all men as oneself. The extraterrestrial guides, who took part in these teachings and established contact through Mission Rama, have also taught that our greatest challenge and necessity lies in development a universal consciousness of service to the Creator and the Christ. They do not desire physical contact to become the reason for working with them. Their presence should, instead, stimulate greater interest in establishing contact with our Inner Being, or Higher Self. They say that, although they have made themselves known to us because we are in a process of transformation which requires guidance and support, it is only us that can accomplish the task of conquering ourselves. The guides or "older brothers", as they are also called, do not consider themselves better than us, and do not want us to follow them unquestioningly.

They want us to learn from them as much as they are willing to learn from us. Living in accordance with the "Profound Love of Cosmic Consciousness" is a recurring theme transmitted by the guides. They once left a message that represented their teaching and practical attitudes. It says that "There is only one moment to love, and that is our whole life." During a tele-portation experience to Morlen with the aid of a Xendra, part of a moral code of life was revealed. This code for life in Morlen is called "Bredam" and a fragment reads as follows: "One can only see clearly with the heart, One can only identify correctly with intuition, One can only understand well with respect for reasons, Once can only judge well with an understanding of motives, One can only dialogue adequately with tolerance to diverse opinions, but above all, One can only teach well through example."

Mission Rama has been considered a mission whose task is to help bridge the distance between Third and Fourth Dimensions. One of the ways that this has been achieved is by establishing a conscious connection with representatives of the White Brotherhood, Brotherhood, both in Egypt and in a sacred temple in the Amazon Jungle. Some members of Mission Rama became key elements in establishing a crucial link on Earth between the cosmic and the terrestrial hierarchies, and were motivated by love and a desire to aid in the fulfillment of the Cosmic Plan.

In 1975, Mission Rama was first revealed to the world when Juan Jose Benitez, a Spanish reporter, was invited to participate in a pre-arranged encounter experience, After he witnessed the approach of a UFO at the exact place and time it was expected, he returned to Spain and wrote a book titled, “Ovnis; S.O.S. a la humanidad.” This book was instrumental in the subsequent organization of several Mission Rama groups, not just in Spain but throughout Latin America as well. In 1984, the guides offered a press conference where radio and TV reporters from Peru were invited to a pre-arranged sighting. Unfortunately, one by one excused himself and weren't able weren't able to attend. In 1989, several reporters from various countries were invited to Peru to capture on film the presence of extraterrestrial spacecraft. When the word got out that his event was going to take place, many more people than expected showed up, some of them behaving not only in a skeptical way, but also in a disruptive way and the expected night for the sightings turned out to be extremely disappointing for the cameramen.

The following night, a few decided to stay in the area or return to the place in the desert were everything was taking place and some footage and pictures of UFO's were taken. Much importance must also be given to the experiences of Mr. Luis Fernando Mostajo Maertens, a very sincere man from Bolivia who, in 1977, became an important contactee for what has been called "Mission Rahma." The vibratory influence of the letter H represents humanity and, although this name is slightly different, the name differs slightly, the source is the same. I

n 1977, Mr. Mostajo became a first rate contactee and his experiences have been as extensive and intensive as Sixto Paz's and Ricardo Gonzalez's.  Many of these have been centered around Lake Titicaca, mountains and a volcano in Bolivia and in remote parts of Cuzco in Perú. Transportation to a higher, more energetic or less dense aspect of Venus has been reported. Also, in 1990, Mr. Mostajo invited a reporter from the Tass Agency, who captured on VHS the well-defined flight of a luminous, lens shaped or saucer-shaped UFO.

Comments

I propose that Mission Rama's information regarding world history and our place in the cosmic scheme of things should be studied and compared with corresponding information from that of other contactee sources. In the UFO field, there seems to be a lack of serious comparative studies. We tend to remain attached to our preferences and few are willing to seriously put all the plausible “pieces of the puzzle” together.

In which ways are the messages received by Mr. Edward "Billy" Meier compatible or not with those received by George Adamski, Eugenio Siragusa, Truman Bethurum, Maurizio Cavallo, Enrique Castillo-Rincón and so many other contactees, including "experiencers" that may or may not be considered as "classical" contactees? And can we bridge the gap between researches attached to abductee investigation and those attached to contactee investigation? Since every source of information is, most likely, contaminated by many distortions, prejudices, biases, and no source of information can produce a complete picture, I propose that we carefully analyze different sources to see what we are able to fit in a neutral and critical manner into a coherent whole.

Regarding reports of abductions committed by "gray" aliens, I'm not aware of how Mission Rama sheds light on this subject. Sixto Paz and other contactees within Mission Rama used to deny most of these reports, thinking that they were fabricated in order to scare people away from the desirability of establishing contact with a benevolent Confederation.

There's reason to believe that some individuals, who have given much effort to introduce contacts of a positive nature, and in a positive light, feel uncomfortable with ideas that present extraterrestrials as invaders. Sixto Paz nevertheless, mentioned that there were some negative extraterrestrials that might occasionally get through the defenses established by the Confederation to isolate our planet from undue interference. He also mentioned that in a few isolated cases, biological monitoring on Earth humans was being conducted to help us through transitional times. While the presence of benign entities is emphasize and no emphasis on fear-mongering takes place, this is not a "worshiping of the space brothers" movement and not all extraterrestrials are considered to be of such a benign nature. That only human beings, homo sapiens will have to solve their own problems without dependencies is clearly emphasized.  

I must say that perhaps the most unique characteristic of the Mission Rama experience has been its participatory nature since thousands of individuals had the opportunity of some degree of contact with extraterrestrial intelligence. The fact that the nature and purpose of these contacts has been kind and gentle conveys a message of hope for our future. There may be what can be called ac “pseudo religious” doctrine but along with it there is the possibility of some verification and no person is seriously forced to conform with a doctrine.  Most participants have been well-intended, balanced, simple, non-academics/non-intellectuals. 

There is a possibility of verifying the experiences through photographs, electronic detecting instruments and videos and some interesting photos and videos have been taken besides some clearly visible occasional phenomena.  The collective effort and the fact that a few physical contactees (besides Sixto Paz and his brother Charlie) emerged from it offered a measure of resistance to a moderate “follow the leader,” cultish tendency manifesting in various degrees in several countries. There have been collective sightings, visible “xendras,” one known physical group transport via a “xendra” and individuals separately receiving simultaneous, complementary telepathic information.

In the beginning there was an emphasis on preparing for earth changes and ascending to a 4^th dimension but contactees like Ricardo Gonzalez have brought a more critical, objective and down-to-earth perspective. Many participants were also trying to receive a book containing Earth's forgotten history (The Book of those with the White Robes) and many expeditions were undertaken to the Peruvian jungle close to Brazil, seeking to get close to an intraterrestrial civilization associated with Atlantean survivors, Inca remnants and extraterrestrials known as "Paititi." Not that there's belief in a "hollow earth" but that the Earth's crust has spaces that have been enhanced through technology by survivors from ancient civilizations that are said to represent the Earth as the "inner Government" of our planet among stellar civilizations. 

Contact experiences are still taking place, including some with new contactees. Several expeditions attempting to gain access to underground cities from survivors dating back to Atlantis and Mu and/or Lemuria have taken place. Many of these expeditions (as two that took place following the steps of Russian explorer and artist Nicholas Roerich) were accompanied by sightings and other forms of contact experiences. 

It is quite possible that indeed there are spiritual aspects that are very important and accompany contact experiences and that this issue goes beyond a fanatical "need to believe" versus a "nuts and bolts" approach.  Mission Rahma is more in line with contact experiences such as those of George Adamski but, interestingly, do not limit themselves to one person's experiences or what one person says. However, the information should be verified as much as possible through personal contacts, comparing information from different sources and not just through belief or faith. We need to learn to deal with otherworldly contact experiences with an open mind but also with a careful, critical mind. 

Through Mission Rama and other contact experiences of a positive nature we may become aware of the need to transcend animal and self-centered consciousness and, in due time become conscious participators in a larger cosmic community.

The six-pointed star represents balance and the Great White Brotherhood of the Star.The Cross represents movement, irradiation and spiritual victory. The trident synthesizes the mental, spiritual and material aspects of man's evolution. The number 4 symbolizes Jupiter and also Morlen, the closest base from the Confederation. The number 8 symbolizes a return to origins through meditation and reflection. Note:: This 6 pointed star comes from the extra-terrestrial brothers. Perhaps the Jews like most groups from humanity did have contact with them except that they copied the symbol that they saw in some of the extra-terrestrial spaceships.
